The triangular dressing plates or also called triangular dressing plates are available in PCD and CVD. These have three corners which can be used for dressing.
PCD and CVD triangular plates were originally used for internal grinding, but nowadays they are also used for profiling external cylindrical grinding wheels.
These are available with defined radii or in sharp-edged form.
The service life of the individual working edges is limited compared to monocrystalline profile diamonds. The PCD/CVD dressing plates are particularly suitable for conditioning non-high-abrasive grinding wheels whose profile can be executed with 60° tools.
We also offer interchangeable holders with clamping device for mounting on all machines.
When ordering, please specify the bore dimension on the machine mount,
e.g. MK 1 cyl. diameter 10 mm
