The classic one

Single grain dressing diamonds are extremely popular for internal grinding operations. They are also excellent for dressing small batches of grinding wheels in surface and cylindrical grinding operations. 

Single-grain dressers are "classic" tools with mostly one diamond tip made of natural diamond for all tasks. The total tool life depends on the number of usable tips (1 to 6) of the diamond octahedron. Dull diamonds from 0.5 ct are restored to usable condition by Diamant Weber by desoldering, re-setting and re-setting. The purchase price is determined by the number of workable diamond points as well as the carat content.

Synthetic single dressers are tools which are equipped with mono- or polycrystalline diamonds from synthetic production. These are suitable as substitutes for natural products. Due to the geometric cross-section, these tools achieve a more constant adherence to the defined effective width. The synthetic diamonds also have a more regular structural hardness, which positively influences the extension of tool life.
