INTERNAL GRINDING
Made easy with our internal grinding wheels
During internal grinding (also known as cylindrical grinding), cylindrical or tapered bores are usually ground.
For your internal grinding process, we have internal grinding wheels (or also named as CBN coating rings with ceramic bond) in our range.
These are available at short notice in the standard grits B64, B91, B107 and B126.
Other grit sizes and bonds are of course available on request.
CBN coating rings in ceramic bond offer high stock removal rates when machining hard and highly hard materials and remain true to profile for longer with reduced dressing frequency.
Due to the high porosity of the bond matrix, which is inherent in the system, an effective effective depth of rake and sufficient cooling effect are ensured. Dressing can be easily accomplished by means of rotating diamond tools.
